本文通过对中国城镇居民收入、收入差距的变化及收入结构的转型的实证研究,发现改革开放以来中国城镇居民收入持续增长、收入差距不断扩大,城镇居民收入结构已形成从以低收入群体为主体的"梨型"向以中等收入群体为主体的"橄榄型"转型的趋势。影响其转型的成因与对策,则在于调整收入分配的制度、经济结构的偏差,以及居民消费的抑制等因素。
Abstract：Through empirical research of urban residents' income,changes of the income gap and the transformation of income structure in China,this paper finds that since Reform and Opening-up,China has witnessed a continual increase in urban residents' income,with income gap widening,and the income structure of urban residents has been transformed from 'pear structure' with low income group as main part to 'olive structure' with medium structure as main part.Concerning the causes and countermeasures of the transformation,it lies in such factors as income allocation adjustment system,deviation of economic structure,and the restraint to residents' consumption.
