本文比较了各国中等职业学校教师的数量、学历等情况,指出我国中等职业学校教师相对还处于劣势。如果要赶超世界,还需要努力提高。
Abstract：The paper compares the number of teachers of vocational training schools as well as their educational attainments between different countries. It indicates that the teacher forces of vocational training schools in China are disadvantaged, and great efforts should be made in order to reach the world level.
