中国农村劳动力流动引起了生产要素的大流动、大组合,对社会经济增长和发展产生了广泛的影响。改革开放以来,农村劳动力向城市流动不仅没有导致农业生产的萎缩,而且推动了传统农业改造和现代农业的发展;农民收入因此得到持续提高,农村贫困得到极大缓解,城乡二元结构向有利于城乡统筹的方向转化。另外,农村劳动力流动还支持了城市发展和宏观经济持续增长。因此,中国一定要坚定不移地推动农村劳动力向城市流动,为农民迁移进城创造条件,这是建设现代农业和社会主义新农村,实现城乡统筹的根本途径。

Rural labor flow induces to the combination of factor of production,which has widely impact on economic growth.Since China's reform and opening-up,rural labor flow to urban area not only brings the problem of agricultural production that is shrunk,but also boosts up the reform of traditional agriculture and the development of modern agriculture,so the farmer's income is raised and rural poverty is eased up.And more,rural labor flow also backs up the development of city and macroeconomic sustainable growth.On the base of this analysis,China should confirmedly promote rural labor flow to urban area,which is the essential way to construct modern agriculture and new socialist countryside.
