According to the data of Foreign Exchange of our country, the paper analyzes the direct and indirect cause of Foreign Exchange increasing and puts forward “statistical caliber slide”. The paper upbuilds the model of basis on the centre of annual amount of imports, direct investment and interest of external debt, also takes into account the dependence indicator of imports, economic growth and opportunity cost. The results are that Foreign Exchange of our country is not too large.
