进入21世纪后,中国政府在坚持"引进来"战略的同时,越来越重视和鼓励中国企业"走出去"。本文认为,在中国经济发展的现阶段,中国企业对外直接投资在产业选择上应以资源开发产业和劳动密集-技术成熟产业为主;针对未来的长远发展,中国应大力发展对海外的高新技术产业的投资。最后,本文给出了发展海外高新技术产业投资的政策建议。

In the 21st century,while adhering to the strategy of "introducing from abroad",Chinese government emphasizes and encourages Chinese enterprises "going global".Based on theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper considers that,at the current stage of China's economic development,Chinese enterprises should choose resource-exploitative,labor-intensive and mature technology-based industries in overseas direct investment.Further more,this paper points out how China should promote the overseas investment of high and new technology industry.
